Get your free written quote

Send the details and a firm price on paper comes back within this business hour.

A real person from our office — never an autoresponder — answers within the business hour. The quote costs nothing and locks nothing in, and whatever you share stays with us: never sold, never passed around.

In plain English: a written quote is the price we stand behind, an $85 deposit holds your date, cancellation is free up to 48 hours out, and Florida law governs everything.

Accepting These Terms

These terms apply when you use the Allen’s Moving & Storage website or book our moving and storage services. The signed estimate and the bill of lading for your move are the binding documents; this page explains the ground rules behind them.

Quotes and Estimates

Written quotes are based on what you tell us: addresses, room count, access, and items. If move-day reality differs materially (extra rooms, undisclosed heavy pieces, a blocked loading dock), we discuss any price change with you before work continues.

Deposits and Cancellation

  • An $85 deposit reserves your date and is credited to your final bill
  • Cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice and the deposit moves with you or comes back to you
  • Cancellations inside 48 hours forfeit the deposit, because the crew and truck were already committed

Liability and Valuation

Coverage What it means
Released value (included) $0.60 per pound per item, the federal baseline
Full-value protection Optional add-on at 1-3% of declared value, covering repair or replacement

Our cargo coverage extends up to $1,000,000 per shipment. Cash, jewelry, and personal documents travel at your own risk and are better carried with you.

Claims

Report loss or damage in writing within 9 months of delivery, the window federal rules allow. Photos and your inventory sheet speed everything up.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute is heard in the courts of Osceola County, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here when you book applies to your move.
