It starts with one flat price in writing — a cross-town hop between Kissimmee neighborhoods, a long pull up I-4 or the Turnpike, or a full pack-and-wrap with your things vaulted in our own warehouse. The same in-house crew stays with all of it from first box to last.
What Kissimmee and Osceola County customers say about our crews
Owner-run since 2013 · our own trucks and warehouse
The crew Kissimmee trusts when moving day finally lands
Fully licensed and insured for household-goods moves across Osceola County and Greater Orlando
Doug Allen opened Allen's Moving & Storage back in 2013 with one used box truck and a plain rule: every customer gets a single honest figure in writing before the first box moves, and that figure never grows. Whether you live in a 70s concrete-block ranch in BVL or a resort condo in Reunion, the same uniformed crew pads, wraps, and carries it all with the same care.
A cross-town hop, a long pull up I-4 or the Turnpike, or a few weeks between closings with your things vaulted in our own climate-controlled Kissimmee warehouse — the packing, the heavy lifting, and the fragile pieces all stay with movers on our own payroll, and the crew that loads your door is the crew that unloads it.
“By far the best movers I’ve used. The crew was right on time and finished in line with what was quoted.
All furniture and large items were wrapped very well and had no damage. The crew was super polite, efficient and worked very well together.
Once things were unloaded at our new home they asked me to walk through and ensure all furniture was where I wanted it and offered to move things around if I had changed my mind on location for placing big items.
We moved from a single story home (3k sf) to a 2 level home (3300sf) they started at 8am and were done at 1pm including all lanai furniture and the garage. This was a crew of 7 guys and 2 trucks. Price was very reasonable as well.
Ordered 6 pizzas, desserts and tipped well, they deserved it.”

“This moving company , ALLEN’S, has the best customer service. Our experience with them is 5 stars. The estimate process was seamless. The cost was very reasonable, as well. The crew came on time and they loaded and unloaded in a good and timely manner and efficiently. The crew of four were so friendly and they all had wonderful people skills with nice personalities, where you do not find young men these days like that. We enjoyed the great service with people that care. Thank you!”

“I’m so glad I chose Allen's Moving & Storage. These guys showed up and I mean showed up.
I had fractured my ankle so they came in and packed my belongings, loaded it with efficiency and very respectful of my property. They went above and beyond 100% very friendly personable but definitely got the job done with expedience. I recommend them 100% and they literally deliver exactly what their contract says, no “small print” add on fees!! Thank you Allen's Moving & Storage for making my day so smooth and no stress!!!!”

“These guys were awesome. We had a family pass away so we needed her apartment cleaned out immediately. Allen's Moving were the only ones that could come same day. They had everything removed in about 45 minutes! Guys were super nice. The only negative I have is that I was given a time frame between 1-3pm. They didn’t show up til about 7:49pm. But once there it only took a little over an hour.. I would definitely use them again!”

“From the initial first phone call to the end of the move, this company is professional and efficient. And they are priced at a much lower rate than the other moving companies. Luis & Eddie were expert movers who wasted no time and took great care of our belongings. They are who you want to be moving your stuff. I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking for a moving service.”
Oscar V. Local move · Buenaventura Lakes, FL★★★★★
“Awesome move. Couldn't have been better coordinated. Carmen Solis walked us through the entire move, was able to visit on day of loading, step-by-step she was with us all the way. Carmen helped us move our brother and sister-in-law to Washington State. It was a small move, but could have been very overwhelming as they are in their 70's. Thank you so much Carmen and Eddie (the driver) was awesome. He moved them in on Sunday, set things up, and made sure was all good.
Thank you again”

“It was really nice working with this group of movers. They were pleasant to talk to, and they were responsive in answering any questions I may have had. The organizers of this move were professional and informational. I certainly would recommend them to others. One if my best friends is also using this company for moving them back from Florida to Indiana. Great group of people!”

What can I say but use them you want regret it.
Starting with Doug A. Very honest and professional sales rep, then came Carmen from the office that did exactly what Doug promised, then the icing on cake Eddie the semi truck driver and his very professional pacing crew that lasted from Kissimmee, FL to Fairborn, Ohio.tThis is something you don't do every day so take my recommendation use them

There were two gentlemen that helped us with our removal service. I hope I get their names correct, but I believe it was Luis and Pete. They were patient and gave us a fair price. Took their time to make sure everything we needed removed from the storage unit was considered before heading out. We're thankful they were there to help my dad make the day go by a little easier when cleaning out our storage unit.

Ramon..Pete, Eddie... Okay, what an amazing group of guys.I've done over ten moves in the last eight years. And many, many more before that, it is really rare that you find guys that are as good as this. Nothing was a problem.Nothing was an issue and everything that I asked. They accomplished with a smile. I had an unbelievably beastly couch ten by ten in almost three feet deep. These guys got it out the door everything went great.I could not have hoped for more if you're looking for a great moving company.Ask for these guys, because they were 110 percent amazing. Not only did they do everything with a smile, but they kept moving moving moving.I've hired so many movers that there's three people or four people and all they do is walk around, walk around. These guys that never stopped for a second. So not only were they so friendly l to work with, they certainly didn't just run the clock

I had a great experience with Ramon and Luis from Allen's Moving! They were fast, organized, and extremely careful with all of my items. What impressed me most was their attention to detail. There was a nest of baby birds on my front door, and they took extra care to make sure the birds were safe and not disturbed during the move. Despite the challenge, they handled everything smoothly and got me moved out without any issues and most importantly, with keeping the baby birds safe! Truly amazing service! I would absolutely recommend them!
Every Kissimmee move starts with a written flat rate you sign before the first box, then our own uniformed crew carries it - a BVL ranch, a Celebration condo, a Poinciana cul-de-sac. Hourly jobs run $149 for two movers and a truck.
The same crew that loads in Kissimmee drives the load and unloads it - I-4 to Tampa, the Turnpike to Miami, I-95 to Jacksonville. One binding rate, no swapped trucks, no second company touching your things.
Whole-house moves across Osceola County: every piece padded and wrapped, walked out of your old place and set up room by room at the new one, with Doug's crews handling the stairs and the summer heat.
Elevator buildings in Reunion, resort condos off 192, third-floor walk-ups near The Loop - we book the elevator, file the COI with management, and work inside your HOA's approved window.
Give us a day's notice and our crew packs the whole home - kitchen, closets, garage - in our own boxes and paper. Three movers at $205/hr get most homes boxed in a single visit.
Our signature: your own climate-controlled vault in our Kissimmee warehouse, $189 a month, month-to-month. The same crew that loads your home vaults it on one contract and one flat figure - no third-party facility.
Uprights, consoles, and baby grands from $295, moved on padded piano boards with straps and stair rollers - down a townhouse stairwell or out a gated-community dock, by the crew chief who's done it since 2014.
Rented your own truck, trailer, or pod? Our movers do the heavy part - stacking, bracing, and tying down every piece so the load rides tight up I-4 or down the Turnpike.
Downsizing out of a long-held St. Cloud or Kissimmee home takes patience. We move at your pace, pad and label what matters, and have the new place set up before the truck pulls away.
Offices, storefronts, and suites along Vine Street and Osceola Pkwy moved after hours or over the weekend - inventoried, labeled, and staged to your new floor plan so Monday starts on time.
Closing moved up? Lease ends Friday? We keep same-day and next-day slots open across Osceola County and send our own crew, never a day laborer picked up that morning.
Gun safes from $340, slate pool tables, commercial gym machines - the dense, awkward pieces other crews pass on are what we put on skid boards and stair climbers, landing each one without a scratch.
Packing yourself? We drop double-wall boxes, tape, and wrap at your door anywhere in Kissimmee before move day, so you can box up on your own schedule.
Furnishing a Windsor Hills or Storey Lake vacation rental, or just need one sofa across town? We pick up, deliver, and assemble - full-room STR turnovers or a single heirloom piece, wrapped like a full load.
Quick dorm and first-apartment moves around Valencia's Osceola Campus and the UCF area - timed to the academic calendar, with summer storage in our Kissimmee warehouse between semesters.
Tell us what is moving and one flat figure comes back fast — no sales script, no pressure, and not a dollar added later.
A confirmation call
A day or two out, our dispatcher calls to lock the arrival window, confirm both addresses, and sort the tight spots — an HOA gate code, a resort-dock window, or where a truck can stage on your street — so the crew arrives already briefed.
Load day
Before a single box leaves, your crew chief walks the whole home, lays runners over floors and thresholds, pads and shrink-wraps every piece, then loads the truck in the order it comes back off.
At the new place
Boxes land in the rooms you marked, anything we took apart goes back together, and the empty cartons can ride out with the truck if you want them gone.
The last walkthrough
We make one final pass together to confirm everything sits where you want it, and the total on the invoice matches the quote to the cent. Welcome home.
Straight prices and movers who actually show up
Why Osceola County keeps booking us
Need a Kissimmee mover who arrives on schedule and does it right the first time? That is exactly us. Households from St. Cloud out to ChampionsGate come back to Allen's Moving & Storage move after move for one reason — every crew delivers on:
One flat price in writing before we lift a single box
Uniformed, background-checked movers on every crew we send
The same crew from first box to last, even into our storage vaults
On time, every time — and a call ahead if traffic on I-4 ever slows us
Licensed and insured, with FDACS registration and DOT/MC authority on file
An $85 deposit holds your date — and it comes off the final bill
Once we walk the home and tally what is headed for the truck, you get one written figure. The truck, the crew, the pads, the shrink-wrap, and the mileage all live inside it — and the total you sign is the total you pay.
How far ahead should I reserve my date?
Two weeks of lead time fits most jobs, though summer Saturdays and month-end dates book up first. When a truck is free we gladly take same-week and short-notice work, so a quick call never hurts.
Do you move on weekends?
We do. Friday-to-Sunday jobs carry a three-hour minimum instead of the weekday two, but the hourly rate stays the same — $149/hr for two movers and a truck, $205/hr for three.
Gate codes, HOA rules, elevator bookings — a problem?
Not for us. Deed-restricted communities in Celebration and Poinciana, resort-corridor dock windows in Windsor Hills and Reunion, and certificates of insurance for the HOA are everyday paperwork for our office.
Do you take pianos and gun safes?
Absolutely. Pianos from $295 and safes or heavy specialty pieces from $340, written into your flat quote up front, with the boards, straps, and stair gear already on the truck.
What if my closing dates do not line up?
That is what our warehouse is for. Your things vault into our own climate-controlled Kissimmee warehouse — $189 a month per vault, month to month, no long contract — and the same crew delivers when the new place is ready.
Are you licensed for a move like mine?
We are. Allen's Moving & Storage is registered with the Florida FDACS as an intrastate household-goods mover, runs interstate under US DOT and MC authority, and carries cargo coverage up to $1,000,000 per shipment.
How far out of Kissimmee will your crews go?
All over Osceola County and Greater Orlando — St. Cloud, Celebration, Davenport, Hunters Creek, and past them — plus long-haul runs up I-4, the 417, and the Turnpike to Tampa, Jacksonville, Miami, and beyond.
Move on the calendar?
Let’s put your date on our board.
One written price and a Kissimmee crew that shows up on time and treats your home like their own. Send a few details and a free, no-pressure estimate comes right back.
